Complete People's Report (CPR) is a Docu- Drama movie targeted to sensitise the general public and report to the people all the weaknesses in Judiciary that has contributed much on the unremitting cases of Child sacrifice in Uganda.

Nursery and Primary School Construction Project
Smiling World Nursery and Primary School - Kizinda is still under construction and we are still looking for funds to finish so that it can start operating next year. This school is located in a place which is highly populated but with no schools deep in Bushenyi district.
Your help towards this work will mean a lot not only to Smiling World Ministries but also to the community nearby this school and to Uganda at large.
Local Community Outreach Support Project
Through this project, Smiling World Ministries wants to reach to different communities by providing them with community necessities like reaching safe water to areas where they do not have to safe water, Healthy facilities and maternity equipment to help in the reduction of death rates among pregnant women in the country.
